The Foundation and Morrison & Foerster Attend 2008 Tech Museum Awards
On November 12, 2008, Chloe Holderness, Deputy Managing Director of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation, presented a session at the Tech Museum Awards in San Jose, California. The session was designed to educate the new Tech Museum Laureates about the pro bono legal resources available through the Foundation.
A panel of lawyers from Morrison & Foerster’s Clean Tech Practice Group – including Susan Mac Cormac, Tessa Schwartz, Mike Ward and Eric Tate – presented a workshop providing an overview of select legal issues in the areas of intellectual property licensing and strategy, patent, labor and corporate law that every Tech Award Laureate should know and understand. Morrison & Foerster LLP is Lex Mundi’s member firm for California.
