Basham, Ringe y Correa Celebrates its 95th Anniversary and Announces the Launch of its New Pro Bono Foundation

On March 5, 2008, Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., Lex Mundi's member firm for Mexico, celebrated its 95th anniversary and the launching of its new image with a cocktail reception held at the firm’s spectacular headquarters.  The firm also announced the formation of the Basham, Ringe y Correa, S. C. Foundation, the firm’s new pro bono legal services foundation.  Dave Roll, Managing Director of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation, and Melinda Eggenberger, Vice President of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading association of independent law firms, were in attendance.  For more information about the celebration, please Click Here.

While in Mexico City, Dave Roll also met with the Executive Manager of Appleseed Mexico, the Mexican chapter of the Appleseed Foundation, which organized the Mexican Pro Bono Network – a strategic partnership that encourages law firms, public interest groups, and legal academics in Latin America to support and engage in pro bono.
