Who We Are

The Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation is a non-profit §501(c)(3) corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia.  The Foundation is an affiliate of Lex Mundi, the world's leading association of independent law firms.   

The day-to-day operations and activities of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation are supervised and administered by its Managing Director, Chloe Brooke Holderness, former associate with McGuireWoods LLP; its Founder and Associate Director, David Roll, Senior Partner and former Chair of Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, DC; and Carrie Garber Siegrist, its Senior Program Officer.
