Who We Are

The Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation is a non-profit §501(c)(3) corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia.  The Foundation is an affiliate of Lex Mundi, the world's leading association of independent law firms.  The President of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation is Carl Anduri, who is also the President of Lex Mundi, and the Foundation's Board of Directors is comprised of the same individuals who serve on the Executive Committee of Lex Mundi.

The day-to-day operations and activities of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation are supervised and administered by its Managing Director, Chloe Brooke Holderness, former associate with McGuireWoods LLP; its Associate Director, David Roll, Senior Partner and former Chair of Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, DC; its Vice President, Ben Greer, former Chair of Lex Mundi and Partner of Alston & Bird; and Courtney Ivins, its Program Associate.
