Legal Issue(s):

The Kyaninga team hopes to register a patent for joining techniques for bamboo wheelchairs and assistive equipment. They are seeking a consultation to discuss the process of registering a patent in the United States, as well as guidance on how best to protect their IP globally. They are currently working across East Africa but are actively seeking to expand into the US and other countries down the line. If they move forward, assistance registering the US patent would be greatly appreciated. However, this is a secondary request.
