The team at CAA often works with adults who are under legal conservatorship. They would like to better understand their legal obligations when supervising these adults outside of school hours. Additionally, they would appreciate guidance on any steps they should take if an adult student expresses that they do not wish to return home to their legal conservator. Are there certain reporting obligations they should be aware of?
