The chosen associate will step into a pivotal role, helping to cover for an attorney on family leave while gaining practical experience in asset management-related legal and compliance matters. This secondment offers a unique opportunity for a young lawyer to enhance their skill set in a dynamic, impact-driven environment. The associate will assist in drafting impact investment transactions, executing on compliance tasks as part of MDF’s compliance program, and assisting with general corporate and entity management matters.  Ideal candidates will have experience in general corporate matters, structured finance, or securities law.
