Due to economic circumstances, the Idea2Form (I2F) team must shut down their business. They also have outstanding loans that they are unable to pay and will become delinquent soon. The I2F team is now seeking a comprehensive consultation to discuss what steps they must take to wind-down/dissolve the business and to declare bankruptcy. If possible, they would also appreciate assistance with the wind-down process itself, and with the bankruptcy proceedings. However, this is a secondary request.
