Legal Issue(s):

Gemini Energy Solution’s founder sits on the newly formed Green For All Business Council, which is comprised of seven of the top Black & Brown clean energy and green sector business leaders across the U.S. They are working to develop and pursue a joint solutions agenda to unlock federal funding opportunities for Black and Brown owned green businesses, increase visibility of Black and Brown innovators and business leaders, organize strategic convenings and networking opportunities, and partner on green job training and workforce development needs. Additionally, the council’s  respective organizations will likely work together on projects with cities and local municipalities but don’t currently have an official/contractual relationship. They are seeking assistance understanding the pros and cons of establishing a joint venture. Should they move forward with a joint venture, assistance drafting the related documentation would be greatly appreciated. However, this is a secondary request.
