ID2020 has a Certification Program that works to ensure digital ID solutions that are developed and adopted are user-managed, privacy-protecting, and interoperable. They are seeking assistance drafting a template agreement for those applying for the certification and those who have received the mark. They’d like the agreement to  cover issues such as IP protections, payment terms, re-up requirements, and requirements to maintain certification standards. They are open to one master agreement, or breaking it down into two smaller agreements based on whether the organization is applying for certification or has already been approved.
