Several companies support The Last Mile (TLM) by giving them free access to content (video tutorials, lesson plans, etc.) to use and/or customize for their students. The current relationships are generally informal and TLM is given the necessary approvals via email. TLM is seeking assistance drafting a template licensing agreement for future use that outlines and formalizes the use of materials.
