Opportunity Collaboration (OC) is reconfiguring its ownership structure from a privately owned LLC (registered in CA) to a form of “steward ownership” via the creation of a Perpetual Purpose Trust (PPT). Five additional for-profit and non-profit entities will become a part of the PPT as well. OC has drafted the initial design documents, and each of these five entities has signed an MOA signaling their commitment to join. Now, the OC team is seeking assistance from an attorney to legally form the PPT.
