Legal Issue(s):

Currently, the Realize Impact team takes steps to avoid being misperceived as a DAF sponsor. However, they have recently learned that proposed changes to certain IRS Rules (which may go into effect in the new year) may limit their ability to do so. They are now seeking a consultation to learn what steps they would need to take in order to operate in a manner that is DAF compliant, should they move in that direction. The Realize Impact team would like to better understand any ripple effects for their philanthropic investment and fiscal sponsorship programs.
