Assist non-profit that has developed a tech solution allowing for greater access to child care with review of its End User License Agreement.
Pie for Providers is seeking assistance reviewing the End User License Agreement (EULA) that applies to childcare workers using the Pie for Providers system. Additionally, Pie for Providers is an open-source system hosted on GitHub under the GNU General Public License v3.0. They haven’t had any issues and plan to keep their system open source. But, if possible, they would appreciate a quick consultation to discuss what their obligations and risks are under the license.
