Assist a California nonprofit committed to ensuring access to clean water with a consultation on their template insurance and limitation of liability provisions.
Community Water Center works on community projects (sometimes providing technical assistance as a government contractor) that require the organization to hire sub-contractors and consultants. They have a template contract that includes insurance and limitation of liability provisions. Oftentimes, sub-contractors/consultants will try to amend this language. The Community Water Center team is seeking a consultation to discuss their template provisions and consider at a high-level what red flags they should look out for when changes are made.
