About the Organization: The World Association of Former United Nations Interns and Fellows (WAFUNIF) exists to provide administrative and networking support to incoming, active, and former interns and fellows of the United Nations. WAFUNIF has members in 193 countries and all the regions of the world, while maintaining a small operational footprint via a single office, located at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. WAFUNIF’s bylaws were drafted in 1978 and many of the requirements are no longer feasible or necessary today. Additionally, the WAFUNIF team is looking to update their practices to address the changing needs and operating environment of the UN alumni network. They are now seeking assistance reviewing and updating their bylaws to allow for these changes. If necessary, they are open to overhauling the bylaws entirely.
