Legal Issue(s):
CorpsAfrica is seeking assistance reviewing the lease agreement for their office (located in DC). The terms were reviewed by a pro bono attorney last year and the CorpsAfrica team doesn’t have any specific concerns. It’s a small office but it is a multi-year agreement, so they’d greatly appreciate a second set of eyes to confirm there aren’t any red flags they should be aware of before signing. There is time sensitivity, and this lease must be reviewed within the next week.
