About the Organization: The founders of the social enterprise doctHERS are establishing a new nonprofit entity in the United States (the “Nonprofit”). The Nonprofit will close two gaps at once: the shortage of qualified women healthcare providers in the workforce, and the exclusion of underserved American seniors from the care they need.
